Intro

My name is Cédric Michelet.
I'm living in Switzerland, in the county of Valais, and more precisely in the city of Sierre.


Job and studies

I'm graduate since 1996 in business computing from the Senior College for Computer Science and Economics of Sierre. I have completed these studies with a HES postgrade in business computing at the HES-SO Valais in 2006.

I'm currently working for a research institute in computing in Sierre (Icare); its goal is to support and to come along companies (SME, startups) in the phase of development or improvement of theirs software products, especially in the field of information systems. I'm also developing for the RfidCenter software solutions based on Rfid and datamatrix technologies.

I'm responsible with a friend of the site SlideBurner; it allows you to share and discover easily new slideshows (PowerPoint, OpenOffice).

To conclude, I'm also in charge of the site CasaKid.com; this site allows you to create a profil for your childs and to aggregate all information you want to keep or share about them (blog, photos albums, growth curves, ...).


Goal of the blog

The primary goal is to keep you inform about the evolutions of SlideBurner or CasaKid.
But I will also post others posts depending on my mood.
